Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between WealthClearForm and students of our financial literacy courses in Canada. They apply to all offered educational services and supplementary provisions. By enrolling in our courses or scheduling a financial consultation, you agree to these conditions.

2. Service Engagement and Contract Formation

Enrolling in our financial literacy courses can be done in person at our office, by telephone, email, or through our website. The contract is established upon confirmation by WealthClearForm. For educational consultations and specialized services, prior scheduling is required as we limit student numbers to ensure optimal service quality. The right to service engagement exists only after receipt of a confirmation and payment processing, where applicable.

3. Service Description

Our services include financial literacy courses, personal finance consultations, educational sessions, and complementary offerings such as personalized financial strategies and exclusive educational resources. The type, scope, and duration of each service are defined in the current service description or the respective enrollment contract. WealthClearForm reserves the right to modify service offerings, schedules, and personnel when necessary for organizational or educational reasons. If a financial educator is unavailable, we will provide a qualified substitute or offer an alternative consultation where possible.

4. Payment Terms

Service fees are payable in advance unless alternative payment terms have been agreed upon. For comprehensive course packages, installment payments may be arranged. Payment is processed via bank transfer or, in special cases, directly at our office. Prices for specialized services or custom educational programs are indicated separately and due by the specified date. In case of payment default, we reserve the right to exclude the student from further service engagement or to charge interest according to legal provisions.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation by Student:
    • Individual Financial Consultations: Cancellation up to 48 hours before the consultation is free of charge
    • Multi-Session Programs: Up to 7 days before commencement, 80% refund; after that, 50% refund
    • Comprehensive Service Packages: Individual cancellation terms as specified in the service contract
  • Cancellation by WealthClearForm:
    • If a service must be cancelled due to educator unavailability or other significant reasons, payments already made will be fully refunded or an alternative consultation will be offered.

6. Return Policy

At WealthClearForm, we are committed to student satisfaction and excellence in financial literacy services. If you are not satisfied with our services, please notify us within 14 days of service completion. We will work with you to resolve any concerns and ensure your educational objectives are met. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the following principles:

  • For consultation-based services: Returns will be considered for the portion of consultations where demonstrable issues with service quality occurred.
  • For package-based services: Partial returns may be issued proportionate to the incomplete or unsatisfactory portion of the service package.
  • For ongoing educational arrangements: Unused prepaid amounts are always returned upon termination of services.
  • No returns will be issued for completed services that met the agreed-upon scope and educational objectives, even if the course outcomes differed from student expectations.

All return requests must be submitted in writing to info@wealthclearform.com with detailed explanation of the concerns and specific service elements that did not meet expectations. Each request will be reviewed within 7 business days, and we commit to fair resolution that supports both student satisfaction and service integrity.

7. Consultation Times and Participation

Current consultation times are available on our website and in service descriptions. We request punctual attendance. Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may result in denied access to ongoing consultations out of consideration for educators and to maintain service quality. Missed consultations or services cannot be made up or refunded unless expressly agreed upon or individually arranged in special circumstances.

8. Confidentiality and Liability

Enrollment in our financial literacy courses is at your own responsibility. All personal information and financial details shared during our consultations are subject to strict confidentiality. WealthClearForm commits to maintaining the highest confidentiality standards and expects the same from all students. We request that existing financial situation or special circumstances be disclosed before service commencement. WealthClearForm is not liable for self-inflicted inconveniences or indirect consequences of service engagement.

9. Use of Educational Materials and Resources

Educational materials and facilities must be treated with utmost care during consultations. Financial education information and materials are provided for the services and included in the service fee unless otherwise indicated. WealthClearForm assumes no liability for personal belongings and valuables. The educational facilities and consultation areas should be left in their original condition.

10. Copyright and Confidentiality

The content, methods, educational materials, and resources provided in our services are subject to copyright. Distribution, commercial use, or publication without express permission from WealthClearForm is not permitted. All students commit to confidentiality regarding personal information of other students and educational details. Photo, video, or audio recordings during consultations are allowed only with prior consent of all present individuals and the educator.

11. Data Protection

Students' personal data is treated with the utmost care and used exclusively for contract processing and service delivery. Disclosure to third parties occurs only as necessary for contract fulfillment. Further details are regulated in our separate Privacy Policy.

12. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Canadian law applies. The jurisdiction for all disputes is the registered office of WealthClearForm in Toronto, Canada.
